Before You Spend Another Penny on Marketing, Read This
One thing I’ve learned after more than 20 years inside dental and aesthetic clinics is that growth is not always about finding more patients. Sometimes the biggest opportunities are already sitting inside the business.
When things feel slower than they should, the natural reaction is often to think:
We need more leads. More ads. More marketing. And sometimes, yes, that is part of the answer. But sometimes the issue isn’t how many people are coming through the door. It’s what happens once they’re already there.
These are the questions I find far more interesting. Because over the years I’ve seen clinics work incredibly hard while missing opportunities that were already sitting right in front of them. That’s really what Inside the Clinic is going to be about.
Most of it comes back to three areas I keep seeing again and again: Pricing. Patients. Performance. I’ll unpack those properly over the coming editions. But for now, here’s the question I’d leave you with:
If that question makes you stop and think, good. That’s exactly why I’m writing this. And if you run a dental or aesthetic clinic and you know there are opportunities in your business that you’re not quite getting hold of, feel free to connect with me or drop me a message. Sometimes an outside pair of eyes can spot what becomes invisible when you’re in the middle of it every day.
